Clarity GRC and Acuity Group brings together 50 yrs of GRC experience and expertise

We are proud to announce that Clarity GRC has successfully merged with Acuity Group. Two industry leaders on a mission to offer end-to-end, objectives-oriented governance, risk management and compliance (GRC).

As the global economy began to dramatically change in 2008, businesses started to demand GRC solutions that offered better, faster and smarter delivery; crucially at costs that would not compromise strategic growth plans.

Partners Stephen Hall and Charles Critchley – with 50 years combined GRC experience between them – have both achieved significant success within the GRC domain, developing elegant solutions to specific needs and problems.

Stephen and Charles bring together a 50 years of direct experience in the delivery of GRC, IMS, International Standards Compliance and Business Resilience solutions on a global scale, from previous roles with their already-successful and well renowned companies.
